Want to get a deeper understanding of ankle and foot mechanics, movements and manipulations? That is why I’ve made this workshop! During these 3 hours we will explore the bones and movements of the ankle and foot, look at how the foot and ankle move during gait, and learn to mobilize: “Every. Single. Bone.” from the fibula to the distal phalanges of each toe.

This workshop is part of a series of “Deep Dive” Workshops held by Alex in his studio space in Mt Tabor. As such, space is limited to 8 students.
