Ida Rolf defined the hip joint as the joint that determines symmetry. We agree, and working with the pelvis and thigh is a vital part of balancing our clients’ structures and creating a more fluid, comfortable, and functional body. We will cover the relevant anatomy of the pelvis and thigh, posture assessment of the pelvis and thigh, how the hip joint relates to the rest of our structure and how we can use sustainable body mechanics to address the myofascial structures (gluteals, adductors, hamstrings, quadriceps and, of course, the iliacus and psoas) to create more ease in this crucial area of the body.
There will be a 60 minute lunch break each day.
This, like all of our workshops, is a small-group class with lots of direct table-side assistance. There is limited availability so sign up soon!
