Integrative Bodywork for the Leg, Ankle & Foot

The foot and ankle are recognized as one of the most complicated structures in the human body. The effects of imbalance or dysfunction here in this specific area can not only be seen locally but any of the problems in a client’s feet can be felt throughout their entire body. Once our base of support starts shifting everything in the body has to compensate to keep upright against these subtle changes.  Add injuries and years of holding and compensation and you've got a recipe for plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, arch problems, Achilles tendon issues and so much more.  We are here to help clear up the mystery and support you in your exploration and being a bigger part of the solution for your clients…

The weekend will be filled with nothing but bodywork, assessment and treatment strategies relating to the structures, muscular connection and fascial patterning of the leg, knee, ankle and foot.  Highlights include ankle and knee joint mechanics and mobilizations as well as techniques and posture assessment for the deep, intrinsic muscles of the leg and foot. This, like all of our workshops, is a small-group class with lots of direct table-side assistance.  As such, there is limited availability so sign up soon!
